Terms and Conditions / FAQ

It is the responsibility of the hirer primarily - and or parents to ensure that all possible measures are put in place to reduce the risk of any accident or injury to any child/children present at the party/disco or Kidz love fit session.

Inflatables / Play equipment

1, The inflatable has an age limit of (operator to specify) years. Please ensure no one over this age is to use the equipment.

2, No food or drinks to be consumed on the inflatable (to avoid choking and mess)

3, All shoes , badges, jewellery or any sharp or dangerous objects MUST be removed it is also recommended that spectacles are removed.

4, No party poppers or silly string to be used on or near the inflatable as it may cause permanent staining.

5, No smoking near the inflatable

6, climbing, hanging, or sitting on the walls is DANGEROUS and must not be allowed

7, A responsible adult must supervise the INFLATABLE at all times

8, Ensure that the inflatable is not overcrowded, and limit the numbers depending on age and size of children using it. If the children are colliding into each other then it is too crowded.

9, Try to avoid large children and small children from using the inflatable at the same time. Some children require strict supervision

10, If the inflatable is not being used for any part of the day, please switch the blower off at the mains, this will reduce your electric bill

11, Do not allow anyone to bounce on the step/front apron. The step is there to help users get on and off.

12, Ensure that no-one with history of back or neck problems are allowed on the inflatable.

13, Do not allow users to be on the unit during inflation or deflation.

14, In the event of heavy rain, it is strongly recommended that the inflatable be switched off. Any wetness, including bubbling can be dried with a towel. A small picnic table placed over the blower, will help prevent rain-water being sucked into the blower and then into the inflatable.

15, Ensure that the vent on the side of the blower is kept clear at all times.

16, Please insure there is an electrical supply within 25 metres of where the inflatable is to be sited.

17, Bungee Run - Please ensure only 2 users are using the equipment at one time, Make sure the harnesses are secured correctly as per instructions given on set up.

Hire General information

.Insurance: Jumparoo carry 5million public liability for our customers peace of mind.

.Can you collect your inflatable from us? No sorry our insurance will not cover us if it is not set up by one of our staff members.

.Can you move the inflatable when we have set it up? No sorry this will invalidate our insurance and it may become unsafe.

.Can the Inflatable go outside during Winter Months? Primarily No,please contact us before making a booking.

.Height restrictions: All measurements of our inflatables can be found on our website please make sure you check your ceiling height of your chosen venue (please measure to the lowest point / light fitting) If on delivery of your chosen inflatable we find that it will not fit due to insufficient ceiling height full payment will be required and no refunds will be given.

.Access required: For the majority of our inflatables we will require at least the width of a standard external doorway or large gateway please make sure we have a clear route so your chosen inflatable can be sited to your chosen location. (wheelie bins/ recycling boxes or any other obstructions to be cleared by the customer prior to delivery, We can negotiate a couple of steps but no more than 5 steps leading into the garden would be ideal.

Surface/Space Requirements:All outdoor hires are to be located on a grassed area have a clear area of at least 1 metre to either side and the back of the inflatable. There must be at least 2metres to the front of the castle to allow for the crash mats - landing area. Please make sure that the area is clear of faeces if any faeces are found on or under the inflatable or play equipment before or after it has been set up or collected you the customer will be charged a cleaning fee of £20. If there is not sufficient room to set up your chosen castle when we arrive full payment will be required and no refunds will be given.

No outdoor hires will be located on a hard surface IE: concrete, slabbed area, patio, brick paved area and any other hard surface. If the area cannot be penetrated using our anchor pegs it will not be set up this is final. Full payment will be required and no refunds will be given.


A 20% deposit is due in full on completion of your booking to secure your chosen inflatable or play equipment, in the event of a cancellation all deposits are non refundable(accept under our Adverse Weather policy)


If you choose to Cancel ,your 20% deposit will be non refundable.If you have paid more than 20% we will refund the difference up until 3 days before your party,after this time no refunds will be given (accept under our adverse weather policy)


Any outstanding balances for inflatables or play equipment must be paid cash on delivery or if pre arranged with the office in advance a cheque will be deemed acceptable, If paying via bank transfer please pay within 3 working days of your party.

Delivery and collection times

Please note all delivery and collection times are estimated Jumparoo will do our upmost to deliver and collect all inflatables and or play equipment at your desired booked times however in certain cases such as winter bookings that are inside your timings may have to change and or be flexible.

Late bookings

If you book at short notice we have the right to cancel your booking as in most cases our delivery and collection routes are planned 5 days in advance. We are more than happy to receive late bookings and honour them if they work with our current delivery and collection schedule.

Adverse Weather conditions -Outdoor Hires

If wind gusts are over 20 mph Jumparoo will not send out the inflatable as safety is paramount.

If it is raining extremely hard all day,again we will not send out the inflatable(light rain or showers are acceptable)

If Jumparoo deem it unsafe to send out your inflatable on the day of your hire we will not charge a cancellation fee and your deposit will be refunded.

If your booking is part of a Party Package which includes Face Painting/Tattoos, or Princess Lavender you will be offered the opportunity to proceed with this part of your booking at a reduced cost or rearrange your party for an alternative date.If you don't wish to do so your 20% booking deposit will be non refundable.

Play equipment I.e Didi cars, hoppers and soft play

Please use the didi cars/didi walkers as instructed as misuse of the equipment can result in serious injury, Jumparoo will not be held responsible for any injuries caused by misuse of the play equipment.

Please use all play equipment as it is intended to be used, do not kick the space or animal hoppers as you will be invoiced for any damages.Soft play: Please use the soft play as instructed do not stack the soft play items to high as this may result in injury, do not throw the items as this may also result in injury!


Jumparoo adhere to supply a fun filled disco however on occasions some children/Adults may be sensitive to flashing lights and or have a form of epilepsy, please let us know in advance if this is the case. Trip hazards: as Disco’s are primarily carried out in the dark there may be a risk of the children falling over and causing injury to them self! Jumparoo will not accept any responsibility for any accident or injury caused in this situation.

Kidz love fit session – Terms and Conditions

The instructor will arrive 15mins before the start of your party to set up. The instructor must not be left alone as a childcare facility (due to child/adult ratios) please discuss further with girlslovefit if more instructors are required.

The instructor will teach the children who choose to take part, Medical conditions that may affect a child's ability to take part in exercise must be disclosed to girlslovefit before the party date to ensure the health & safety of all children

Please note that all persons using the equipment that applies do so at their own risk.


The person/organisation hiring the equipment will be responsible/liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use. All damages will be invoiced and need to be paid for in full within 7 working days the above terms are final.

These guidelines are for the safety of all people using this equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are adhered to. Our company cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment.

Delivery Policy

The cost of delivering to a particular area will be revealed when you choose this area. We may be able to deliver outside the areas available on our website. If you are outside of the areas shown on our website, please contact us to see if we can help you out.

If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity. Delivery times can be arranged during the booking process.

Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.
